In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Castings plc's capital consists of 43,632,068 ordinary shares with voting rights, including 174,000 ordinary shares held in treasury.
Therefore the figure of 43,458,068 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Castings plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
