Prototyping

Alongside volume production facilities, Castings P.L.C. can offer low volume prototype castings from our Air Set/No Bake line. The prototype castings will benefit from the same design rigour as a volume part. This means that for a small trade off with casting tolerances, the part will be like for like a volume production casting.

Our production facilities are built around flexibility, therefore, if the air set/no bake solution is not suitable, Castings P.L.C. can produce prototypes on our production foundry lines.
